Guarantees

All our specifications represent our best experience according to our tests and are indicated as reference to those already made by us.  Our only obligation is to guarantee replacement of a defective part or an amount equivalent to the price stated on the invoice that covers the part, which our financial department will judge.

The manufacturer or its dealers will not be responsible be for accidents and their consequences caused by the use of our materials.  The user, for the only use of the material, accepts without restrictions the terms of this guarantee.
