REFMEX GL FLAT SIGHT GLASSES
These sight glasses are manufactured with a Fluorine silicate sodium aluminum glass modified for industrial purposes, and are economically suitable for moderate temperature requirements and chemical abrasion.
All sight glasses have polished edges to ensure minimal dimensional tolerance.
The tempered sight glasses hardly dilate under conditions of thermal stress, however, it is recommended to use a soft package as protection between metal and glass surface, to maintain a space between the glass and the metal frame.
To ensure the proper seal of the glasses that measure over 2", are supplied with a micro rough seat, which prevents a sweep between the package and the adjusted sight glass.
MICRO ROUGH RING
In order to improve sealing and prevent a sweep between the package and the sight glass, we provide our sight glasses with a micro rough ring in all diameters exceeding 2 inches.
The tempered sight glasses are available in rectangular, circular, rectangular with rounded ends, and special shapes with holes.
